Clients may receive usage rights upon full payment, subject to:

  • Credit requirements (if applicable)
  • Restrictions outlined in project contracts

5. Payments & Fees

  • Fees for services will be agreed upon before project commencement
  • Payments may be required upfront or in milestones
  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

6. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Revision limits will be defined per project
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
  • Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment

7. Limitation of Liability

Azaiah Studios is not liable for:

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or services

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Misuse or abuse of services occurs

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
